Here’s the thing about these lamps—they run on high voltage to pack a serious punch into a small space. Take a 400V supply pushing 2500W into a 300mm quartz tube. That gives you some serious heat density, which means your temperature ramps up fast when the line is moving. And because the footprint is so tight, you can slip the heater right into existing oven zones or retrofit your drying station. No need to tear apart the whole conveyor setup.
Material & Design
The halogen element is sealed inside a quartz tube, and it’s coated with a carbon-based layer. That coating helps manage the spectral output and keeps the filament stable, even after all those hot-to-cold cycles. What that means for you? Fewer hot spots, and output that stays steady, even during long production runs. Plus, the lamp uses an R7s connector, so you can wire it straight into your standard fixtures. It’s a true drop-in replacement.
Application & Benefits
On the screen printing line, this lamp zeroes in on the ink cure point without scorching the substrate. The shortwave infrared penetrates fast, so the ink dries from the inside out.
